I want to thank you so much for fixing my sagging bay window. I didn’t even know it was sagging. All I knew is that there was a water leak.
After I called about the problem, you immediately send out a crew to add caulking around the top. That would have stopped the leak and you could have left it at that, but you informed me that I should have some corbels added for support. I wondered how much that would cost.
Adding the corbels took 4 guys a couple hours and I asked how much I owed. What a surprise to learn there was NO charge since you installed the window about five years ago. I didn’t expect you to do repairs without charge. That was a fine example of customer service. I’m so impressed with Cornerstone, I highly recommend you to anyone who asks me for a good window installer.
I still have a garden window I don’t like and you can be sure I’ll call if I ever decide to replace it.

I just had to let you know that you have a great install crew and our overall experience couldn’t be better.
From the time the crew arrived, until they departed, there was practically no down time. Each installer was well represented and courteous. They’re apparently all well trained and all pitched in to accomplish a task. Neighbors I talked with were amazed how quickly they were in and out and how good the installation looked. They cleaned up everything at completion, leaving no evidence that work had just been done. You have to proud of these guys !

I do not usually write testimonial letters because in all the years that I have had homes & businesses remodeled, I have never had any contractor as reliable, honest and courteous as the management and employees of Cornerstone. I received quotes from two other contractors and Cornerstone was the lowest. All of this was great but what my wife and I enjoyed most was quality of work. While the work was being carried out, the work areas were always kept clean and when the job was finished the house was left cleaner than when they started. Our new windows are beautiful. Earlier this week, we had 10 replacement windows put in the second floor of our home. The crew arrived when they said they would at 7:00am. After going through the Northridge earthquake, we are very skeptical about these promises. The 4 guys knew what they were doing and by 4:00pm the job was done and done well. The house was not left in a royal mess and with the exception of a very small area of grass, there was not damage elsewhere. There was no loud rap music or beers being shared as we have experienced in the past.
