After I called about the problem, you immediately send out a crew to add caulking around the top. That would have stopped the leak and you could have left it at that, but you informed me that I should have some corbels added for support. I wondered how much that would cost. Adding the corbels took 4 guys a couple hours and I asked how much I owed. What a surprise to learn there was NO charge since you installed the window about five years ago. I didn’t expect you to do repairs without charge. That was a fine example of customer service.
